Guest Cheese: Sharpham Rustic with Dulse and Sea Lettuce.This fresh, crumbly, rich cheese is speckled with hand-harvested  seaweeds from Devon's beautiful beaches. The seaweeds add a nice saltiness to the classic Rustic, without overpowering it. To enjoy at its best take out of the fridge for an hour before serving  to  enhance the subtle flavours.
